In compliance with the provisions pursuant to and by effect of art. 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003 and subsequent amendments and additions, the company Le Mole srl with registered office in Via Magna Grecia 39 in Rome, the Data Controller, hereby informs the interested parties of the purposes and methods of processing of the data collected, their scope of communication and the nature of the conferment.
Purposes
The personal identification data (consisting of name, surname and email address) collected from the interested party are subject to processing and are processed and used directly to respond to the request for information as well as for related and instrumental purposes.
Processing methods
The data is processed by computer and on paper by the owner and the specifically appointed staff, with the guarantee that, in any case, the data will be processed in accordance with Legislative Decree 196/2003 and subsequent amendments. The data are stored in paper and computer archives and the minimum-security measures provided for by the legislator and those suitable for guaranteeing an adequate level of protection for the data being processed are ensured.

The data processed by the Data Controller may be transferred abroad for the regular pursuit of the purposes described in compliance with and in accordance with art. 42 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 and subsequent amendments and additions.
Rights of the interested party
The interested party may assert his/her rights as expressed in Articles 7, 8, 9 and 10 of Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003, as amended, by contacting the data controller by sending an email to info@ninjacademy.it. In particular, according to art. 7, the interested party may obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning him/her, even if not yet recorded, and their communication in intelligible form. The interested party has the right to obtain information on: a) the origin of the personal data; b) the purposes and methods of processing; c) the logic applied in the event of processing carried out with the aid of electronic instruments; d) the identity of the owner, manager and the representative appointed under article 5, paragraph 2; e) the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who can learn about them as appointed representative in the State, managers or agents. The interested party has the right to obtain a) the updating, rectification or, when interested, the integration of data; b) the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed; c) certification to the effect that the operations as per letters a) and b) have been notified, as also related to their contents, to the entities to whom or which the data were communicated or disseminated, unless this requirement proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate effort compared with the right that is to be protected. You have the right to object, in whole or in part: a) on legitimate grounds, to the processing of personal data concerning you, even though they are relevant to the purpose of the collection; b) to the processing of personal data concerning you, where it is carried out for the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct selling or else for the performance of market or commercial communication surveys.

Storage times
The data will be kept for the time necessary to fulfil the requests made. With reference to the processing for the purpose of sending commercial communications and promotions of the owner’s own services, those of partners and customers, the data will be retained until any request for opposition is made.
Nature of provision and consent
The provision of data is optional and is at the discretion of the person concerned. However, if the data is not provided, it will not be possible to fulfil the request. Pursuant to art. 23 of Legislative Decree 196/2003, consent to the processing of such data is necessary, as there is no previous contractual relationship and with particular regard to the methods of processing and communication of the data, including abroad.
